岗位职责：
- 全面负责公司天猫和京东的运营推广工作,承担天猫京东店铺运营推广任务;
- 定期针对推广效果进行跟踪、评估,并提交推广效果的统计分析报表,及时提出运营改进措施,并给出切实可行的改进方案;
- 负责制订可行性、阶段性的网站运营方案,根据天猫京东网站运营模式,针对不同商品及项目,开发切合用户利益的新型运营促进策略;
- 策划店铺促销活动,淘宝直通车、钻石展位、淘宝活动策划及直接主导操作经验
- 对网上店铺的PV、销量、跳出率、地域分布、转化率等做出专业的数据分析及平时做好竞争对手网站的数据的采集、评估与分析;
- 负责店铺的产品分析(商品定价、确定主推商品、分析销售情况)、产品销售(商品上架、商品销售、配合推广促销)、产品促销(策划活动方案、执行促销活动、协助促销宣传)、产品编辑、产品汇总建档;
- 使用站外营销工具(抖音、值得买等实现流量导入转化)进行产品及店铺推广。
- 积极建立与其它平台的合作 ，并结合公司其它在线平台的运营及线下活动实现店铺流量及销量增加。
任职要求：
- 有天猫京东店铺运营经验;
- 对天猫、京东规则知晓并熟悉;
- 熟悉电子商务流程(天猫、京东),熟悉网上购物和销售、推广、优化、维护、更新技能知识;
- 熟悉网站运营流程和网站运营指标数据分析,具有一定的网站策划能力、网站促销专题策划;
- 熟悉并且对分析买家心态有兴趣,有天猫京东,商城,网站等相关推广工作经验。

- 根据公司战略及品牌定位制定电商内容运营年度计划和方案， 负责平台开发及管理；
- 负责平台各版块的内容创作、视频录制、软文编写、图文编辑等。
- 监管平台内容的运营维护、日常更新，粉丝的经营和维护，提升产品的影响力和关注度；
- 负责外部内容资源的接入， 以及自有内容的传播；
- 协助平台的其他运营工作
任职要求：
- 熟悉并深切了解抖音，微信，微博，知乎，小红书等电商内容运营平台的操作及流程；
- 有2年以上内容运营或相关编辑工作经验者
- 具有较强的选题、采编能力，文笔流畅，善于信息搜索与编辑整理；
- 善于创新、追求结果，工作细致耐心，踏实肯干，责任心强，良好的团队协作能力；
- 中文、新闻、传播、广告等相关专业优先考虑

Responsibilities:
- Set clear target for each client, driving sales and target monitoring each month to reach good performance;
- To work due-diligently in developing new potential on trade accounts in Fujian & Jiangxi;
- Follow up directly for product introduction, business contract, holiday promotion, winery activities with all clients;
- Maintain good relationship and deliver professional customer service to current clients,including order arrangement, new item proposal, product training, onsite support, etc;
- Conduct regular sales visit for all the active accounts to develop further business partnership;
- Be responsible for payment collection for the assigned accounts and reach collection target each month;
- To design, plan and implement effective promotion and activity to facilitate sales of EMW products in targeted account under the guidance of company;
- To follow up the plan in implementation of nationwide promotion and campaign;
- Other takes related to sales or assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above;
- At least three years working experience in wine, F&B or other relevant fields;
- Have good customer service, familiar with local hotels, restaurants and wine shops;
- Outgoing and pleasing personality, good team player;
- Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
- Good English is preferred, wine knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare wine proposal and quotation according to the guideline from related sales people;
- Assist sales person for wine information, presentation, stock report etc;
- Support sales for sales contract preparation and follow up;
- Help Sales to collect order and forward to logistics department for order process;
- Take care of sales report, sales volume and amount check for invoicing and collection;
- Other tasks signed by related sale.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree and above;
- Working experience in sales assistant or other similar position is preferred;
- Good at English in both reading and writing;
- Good personality, team player, detail oriented.
