l Your job includes
- Set clear targets for each client, driving sales and monitoring targets each month to reach performance objectives;
- To work diligently in developing new potential on-trade accounts in your territory
- Follow up directly for product introductions, business contracts, holiday promotions, and winery activities with your clients;
- Maintain good relationships and deliver professional customer service, including order arrangement, new item proposal, product training, onsite support, etc;
- Conduct regular sales visits to clients’, and potential clients’, premises to develop business partnerships;
- Be responsible for payment collection of your assigned accounts and reach collection target each month.
l We hope you have
- Bachelor degree or above;
- At least three years working experience in wine, F&B or other relevant fields; Wine industry experience is strongly preferred
- Have good customer service, familiar with local hotels, restaurants and wine shops;
- Outgoing and pleasing personality; a good team player;
- Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
- Strong written and spoken English is required, wine knowledge is a plus.

l Your job includes
- Preparing EC and E-commerce weekly、monthly collection report and other related reports.(including bad payment report、bonus calculation report 、master file).
- Preparing C4C sales target report quarterly.
- Provide query table about COD no paying weekly.
- Communicated with sales team and E-commerce team, push for AR collection to increase collection rate, arrange AR meeting with assistant every week.
- Register and sort out the application form of account deduction.
- Checking all the accounts of E-commerce platforms (including JD/ Tmall/Vipshop)
- Booking clients payment in SAP everyday (including bank/wechat/alipay).
- Post entries in SAP for AR accounts. To ensure that updating of AR data in SAP meet deadlines.
- Others ad-hoc tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

- Bachelor degree of accounting or equivalent experience
- Accountant Qualification Certificate preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the area of accounting
- Complete familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
- Ability to work with several support tools (SAP etc.)
- Sensitive to numbers and good working attitude and work hard
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated and self-directed individual
- Good communication skills / good team player
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
